Stop 🛑 giving away my power!
Nobody has the power to make ME feel. I feel… Maybe in response to them, but I feel.
For example… In conversation with brother, sister, Mother, Father, spouse or co-workers…I can say something like: “I hear you. This situation is hard. I feel [insert emotion] right now.”
When it comes to relationships and communication, starting with ‘I’ when trying to make a point, especially about feelings, is always safe, because it steers you towards empowerment and ownership of your beliefs and behaviors.
Father God thank You For healing my victim mindset. Thank you for the renewing of my mind. And showing me through your Word and random articles on the internet how to be in full possession of my feelings. In Jesus name Amen
Father God forgive me of my sins. I love You. Help me to be the woman You would have me to be. I thank You God and Praise You 🙌 in Jesus name. Amen
Philippians 1:6), And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.
Thank You friend… I give
God all the Glory and Praise. Hallelujah!
I am so blessed that our Heavenly Father chose you and your family to be the earthen vessels to help me along the way, to be His voice a lot of times when I was too far gone mentally and emotionally…To hear Him…bc of my sin and satan.
I know the battle is not over.
But right now God has hidden me & I’m resting in Christ Jesus getting stronger . Hallelujah!
I was just saying the other day I need to get a back bone. 🙈🙉🙊
And quit letting people take advantage of my kindness. Or You could say because they know I’m a Christian and they know that as God’s word says in Matt. 5:44 New King James Version
But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, and
Matthew 5:40 says
New King James Version
If anyone wants to sue you and take away your tunic, let him have your cloak also. And in Laminations 3:30
New King James Version
Let him give his cheek to the one who strikes him, And be full of reproach.
LIVING IN THE PRESENT
I WAS REGRETTING THE PAST AND FEARING THE FUTURE.
SUDDENLY MY TEACHER WAS SPEAKING:
“MY NAME IS I AM.” HE PAUSED, I WAITED.
HE CONTINUED, “WHEN YOU LIVE IN THE PAST
WITH ITS MISTAKES AND REGRETS,
IT’S HARD. I AM NOT THERE.
MY NAME IS NOT I WAS.
WHEN YOU LIVE IN THE FUTURE
WITH ITS PROBLEMS AND FEARS, IT’S HARD.
I AM NOT THERE. MY NAME IS NOT I WILL BE.
WHEN YOU LIVE IN THIS MOMENT,
IT IS NOT HARD. I AM HERE.
MY NAME IS I AM.”
